Also, what very important here, since I wont be able to use it here on Telus, this phone will end up as a gift for someone in Europe, that IMO will neither know or care what LTE is, and will be very happy to end up with very nice BlackBerry to use. As long as they can make phone calls, use the net and have decent reception they will enjoy it. Win- win situation.
PMed you about something I remembered.

There seems to be a lot of confusion over which Z10 models exist and which frequencies are supported by each. As such, I've gone ahead and made a chart with the actual, detailed frequency information. (click the image to enlarge)

    Attachment 165733

Additional notes to be added to the image:
    Confirmed Support:
    STL100-2 - Optus (Australia)
    STL100-3 / RFK121LW - Mobilicity

    Anecdotal Support:
STL100-1 - bmobile (Trinidad and Tobago)
    STL100-2 - Vodafone (Netherlands)
    STL100-2 - AIS (Thailand)

The only thing left is to complete the list of known carriers which support each model. To finish that, I will need a little assistance from you guys. If you have a Z10 running on a carrier not listed, please post here with details of exactly what speeds are supported. For example, please let me know the following:

    Carrier Name: ____________
LTE Support: Full [ ] OR Partial [ ] with details:
HSPA Support: Full [ ] OR Partial [ ] with details:
UMTS Support: Full [ ] OR Partial [ ] with details:
GSM Support: Full [ ] OR Partial [ ] with details:

Full support means that all services (data, text, phone calls, BBM, etc.) are supported by the carrier. For anything where the phone only partially works for certain band types, please provide details.

    Thanks!
it seems to me the stl100-2 has 4 frequencies for 3G not just 3.

UMTS band 6 is not used anywhere in the world, and has been 'absorbed' into/is a subset of band 19.

If this helps any I bought the STV100-3 because on the sight I looked at before buying said it would work anywhere with anyone. I've used it with Straight Talk, T-mobile and ATT and it worked great with all 3. If you look on Amazon it explains it so much clearer on what each model does and etc..
