In have my clash of clans running on my z10 10.2. Got my coc from 1mobile. Is it possible to save my progress and access it to other phone with different platform? Thank you!

Other platforms as in Android? If so, I hear you can message them support in game and explain the situation and ask if they can send you a code so you can play on the android phone/tab (Make sure you message them while on the android device)

You just have to email SuperCell and wait a month or so for a code to transfer to a new device
