It's overall on par. Same gen of device.

Q10 was designed later, so it has FM radio and Miracast if either matters to you.

Q10 has better battery life because of slightly larger battery, more energy efficient OLED screen compared to LCD on Z10, and physically smaller screen.

Screens have similar pixel density, but Q10 has a square 720x720 screen, while Z10's 768x1280 screen is about 75% larger.

The odd screen size of Q10 means it has slightly less apps and a lot less games available. Also if you watch any tv, movies, videos, etc, on Q10 they will be quite small to make rectangular image fit to square screen.

What it really comes down to imo is whether or not you'd love the physical keyboard more than the screen size you're giving up. Q10 will give you some keyboard shortcuts in some environments, where Z10 virtual keyboard gives you swipe up words and swipe back to delete.

Would you trade having keys for a smaller screen? My wife has a Q10 and I have a Z10, neither of us would swap.

I really like the virtual keyboard with its clever word suggestions.

Wow, that's the best synopsis of the Q10 I've seen yet. We'll done!
