Please can anyone explain why my battery stops charging at different levels (mostly 81-84%). It just shows the battery full indicator while at 81%.

as mentioned in other posts...please calibrate your battery by letting that drain until your phone turns off than take out your battery for 2 hours and insert it again and let your phone charge without using it.
do this twice and the battery will calibrate.

The Model 1 Z10 you have, has those issues. As suggested, recalibrate periodically.
