    Z10 ST-100 charges only till 91%, I use the original charger. Tried battery pull,reload OS and security wipe but the problem still persists. I have latest OS installed.

    But when I connect it to the laptop it shoots up to 100%!!
    Kinda weird have to do it every time.

    Any solution?

    Try to draining your battery till 0% and phone turn off.

    Then recharging it.

    Remove the battery and keep it for 10 minutes, and then put it back in,
    This will work.
    Worked for me

    If ur battery is under warranty,,,then get ur battery replace and
    If not then u can install a leak of 10.3 to clarify but installing leak will remove the device warranty....
    If u get everytime stuck on 91% or ur device get shutdown on 20% then ur os is showing wrong battery percentage...
    Same issue happened with me.....but my battery was under warranty and it got it replaced...

    It got fixed!
    When it stopped at 91% I plugged it to the laptop and it went to 100%

    Now even with my BlackBerry charger it is charging upto 100%, no need of Laptop!
