I am not sure if there is name for the 5 quick dial icons in the phone app,
I would really like to change them to others and have not figured it out yet. Other than the voice mail one, they are little used contacts. They should rotate my most used #'s in there.

Those are contacts you have made favorites. Just go to your contact list, un favorite those ones, and favorite new ones
