I'd love to know as well. Only ones I have come across are a variety of colours, but they have the flip cover bit for the screen on them.
Haven't seen any so far apart from cases and skins. Skins appear to be the closest in terms of overall thickness look.

I have a dbrand skin, which is absolutely superb, but an actual battery door would be nice.
