Can't uninstall android apps since updating to OS 10.3..2.2876

Since I updated to the latest os, I haven't been able to uninstall any android apps at all. While trying to uninstall using Google Play or CCleaner,these apps shuts down in the middle & the un-installation remains incomplete. Besides, most of the android apps take longer to load and, sometimes don't even load at all. All these problems started occurring since the latest update. Is there any solution to this problem or anyway to revert back to the previous version of the OS. Thanks!

This is a known problem with the latest OS. You can use Sachesi to sideload the two Android Runtime bar files from 10.3.2.2813.
