Does your data plan include MMS? If so, did your wireless carrier provision it correctly?

Had an iPhone before. Just too sim out, put it in an adaptor and plugged into my z10. I used to get mms before....

I might check out their website...

Strange thing is when I go into APN settings it doesn't let me change anything. Is that normal?

I have a similar problem. Per escalation to BlackBerry this is a known issue to some devices across all carriers. They're working with my logs and such to try to resolve it. In the interim if you disconnect and reconnect to the mobile network perhaps 4 times consecutively this may resolve it. APN settings come from the SIM card on the Z10 (at least for CDN carriers there have been reports this isn't the case for international carriers however) so if they're greyed out its due to your networks SIM card settings.

Had the same issue with my UK Z10 (using vodafone Aus simcard). I went on to the vodafone website and found some settings info that were different to what my phone had, after changing the settings as per the website everything worked.

    see link
Set up your phone - Vodafone Australia

    or try this

since your on telstra prob wont help you but may point you in the right direction good luck.

This is incredibly frustating. Thanks for your advice but none of it seems to work. The APN fields are still greyed out and the MMSC settings are nowhere to be found.

I am using a nano sim which I originally had in my iphone 5 which is a micro sim adaptor. As far as I know this should make no difference. I have sent MMS from my iphone without a problem.

Telstra are hopeless. They haven't even added the Z10 to their MMS configurator. There is no way for me to send the settings to the phone...

Thanks for this, I can only wish Telstra had a similar section on their website, but no...in the MMS configuration wizard they provide, not only do they not have the Z10, they still have 'Research in Motion"....hopeless.

Having said that, in my case even if they did have the settings, it wouldn't help me as the fields are greyed out, meaning it wont let me change any of the information, and to top of it off, the MMSC setting fields, do not even appear...

My only hope I think is someone sending me an MMS package that can physically install and force the settings into the phone...

Here's the latest from BlackBerry technical support:
"I just called and left you a voice mail regarding the MMS issue on your Z10 device. The seniors have reproduced it and the issue is going to be resolved in a future software update of 10.1. I do not have a release date for the software release but I would expect to see it around the time the Q10 comes out."

I do have the same issue on Swedish carrier Telia SE where only MMS APN is possible to edit but some mmsc configuration is also needed.
Engineering screen didn't offer me the possibility either. Just wait for bbry to fix this...

Has Telia SE released 10.1? So far I haven't had similar issues after my carrier released the update.

Not yet but running on a 10.1 leak now and hopefully they I'll fix it with an official 10.1 and the upcoming Q10-release.

The leaked os 10.1.0.4537 solved it for me.
MMSC and Proxy URL is now available to edit.
