    Hey folks. Easy enough question but possibly difficult to find a simple answer. I am unable to send the following attachments from my Z10: contacts and mp4's.

    Something I took advantage of with iOS but whenever I take a video using my Z10 and try to MMS (text) the video it doesn't work at all.

    When I want to share a contact from my Z10 and share via text the message I get is "General Error". I'm unable to do what every other smartphone owner in the World can simply do - share videos (small not larger files- I tested with a 3 second video) or my contacts.

    What gives?

    Not sure. I just tested out sending a contact via text and I had no issue.

    off topic but I cannot send/share a youtube video via SMS when pressing the share icon below the video player (not the triple dot for more options 'share'). Why you may ask? because the share below the video gives the desktop URL while the 'triple dots share' gives the mobile site.

    I should clarify. I can send videos but the receiver on an iPhone is unable to open the video despite it being mp4 format. The universal format of mobile videos.

    Very odd issue you are having. I just sent a 5 second video via text from my Z10 to my Iphone 4. The video works perfect. MP4...the universal format of mobile devices.
