Is it not possible to see the Wifi passwords?

That's when you try to add a new password. Otherwise you can't toggle visibility of WiFi passwords.

Pretty well all WiFi machines hide the password after its been input for security reasons.
The only time you should be able to see the password is when you input it.

Unfortunately there is no other way to look at the passwords.
