Can't see my emails

I see this when I open my emails and I don't know what it is and my emails are not showing.

I tried attaching picture but I don't see it when I post it. What am I doing wrong. I have a red stop sign on my email mailbox.i can get my emails

Delete the account and set it up again. Make sure you have the correct set up info. Call your provider or Google search your setup info if u need to.
