What OS are you on? Even the Developer versions had the Android runtime. But I wouldn't run a developer OS...

Should be able to download and install most any Android APK that is designed to work with Android 4.3 and doesn't require Google dependencies. Installing Cobalt's Google Play Store should help expand capabilities.

If you have a developer OS in your device, you need to change it. Developer OS are crippled in that they have many limitations. For your Z10 and because it is the STL100-1, I would recommend 10.3.2.2813. You can find it in Thurask's OS repository, just search CB forums for the link. Make sure you get the correct version for your particular device, download it to your PC, extract the file with 7Zip, attach your z10 to PC then click on the autoloader. All your data/files/settings etc will be wiped clean and you can start fresh.

He has a device where the original BBID was deleted and he can't bypass BlackBerry anti-theft. He has no choice but to use the latest developer OS, supplemented by the apps from the closest full OS.
