I always add problem with the music player on my Z10. Several of my mp3 song wouldn't read or often, glitchy sound where heard in the song. Those glitchy sound could be between 5 to 10 secondes on some song. Adding song to the SD could make song that was reading fine begenning to having sound glich.

I was hopping that 10.2 would fix this. After 10.2 upgrade reboot, the device give me a error about the music database that was fix. Nice. I open the music player and it don't detect a song anymore. I open the files manager to see that all my song are on my SD card on music folder, a card that was formated via the Z10.

I also tryed to open song via the device manager. Some will not open, other will play for some seconds and give me a error and stop. The error is that it's impossible to read the file because of a unexpected reason. It's seem to happen when the sound glitch.

Anybody could help me whit this problem ? Thanks

Seem like include music player isn't the only one with those problem. It's seem like no tag player is also not able to play several file.

I have the same problem on my z10 after the 10.2 update I cannot download mp3s anymore, they come down in a format the phone cannot read.

I had the exact same error message when I upgraded too. But I can read my mp3s fine. Though, I did do a wipe and reload after because of some battery drain issues.

Maybe try another music player to see if it is actually the OS?

Figured out it was not adding .mp3at the end of the file name, just added that and problem got fixed
