All of a sudden I can't play any of my music. One day it was all fine and just out the blue when I try and play any music I get a message ' file format unsupported' or word To that effect.

Any one else had this problem or any ideas. On how to fix it? I've try adding new tracks from my PC and the same happens?

Is the music on the device or media card?

Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black, keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.
