just got the Z10 today and noticed there was quite a few updates so decided it would be best to get them before doing much with it. the update seemed to go fine but after restarting the settings wont open, the screen will kinda flash like it's about to open then nothing but everything else seems to work fine, i believe it updated to 10.1.0.2006 but not sure as i can't access the menus to actually see the version
anyone have any suggestions?
Try rebooting. If all else fails, you can always download one of the autoloaders found in the forums and use that to re-update. At that point you may as well go to a higher, more stable os. Good luck
yeah i rebooted a few times and nothing, doing a restore now and we'll see how that goes
i was looking at some of the leaks but i wonder if that would impact my ability to return it if needed? like i said i just got it so i'd hate to really screw something up and be stuck with it
ok i guess the issue is solved, after doing a restore the phone did a small(14MB) update and now says version 10.1.0.2014 and everything seems to work again
really weird but it's finally working again and i can go to bed lol

BBM also i cant opent. everytime i resset or turn off then on Again the phone was log only when 100% i cant view the desktop. please tell what i can do with my phone.

10.3.3 is not compatible with Z10STL100-1.
The OS update didn't get fully installed, so you should be able to run the 10.3.2.2813 autoloader.
