trying to log into blackberry id with my z10 after an update and it keeps telling me i need a network connection and makes me check to see that i'm connected even though i'm connected. i've tried with wifi and without and it won't work.

then i went to the blackberry id website from my computer and the homepage comes up but when i click on 'sign in' it says 'the webpage is not available'

does this mean their server is down?

of course, a few seconds after i make this post, the site comes back up

seems to be working now.
