    am from india Tamilnadu cant install any single app even from bb world too on particular carrier i.e airtel without putting sim card or else if i change to other sim card means i can install app either from bb world and install android app directly this happens after update to 10.2.1.2941 please help me!!!!

    it works well with other carriers of my same country on my phone!!! i contacted my carrier for support they said this is an software issue!!!!

    What is the app that you're trying to download? I too am from TN. I haven't faced any such issue before. What data plan are you on?

    am using airtel 2g data plan i cant download apps from bb world as well as mobogenie for android app downloads, i tried many apps nothing suceed!!!! gives as " install error"
