    My z10 won't start when I restart it it strucks on blackberry logo

    What were you doing recently on it? Did you load a new OS?
    Take the battery out. Replace battery and see if it boots.

    No I have the official one
    I was just restarting for fastness

    Every time I do restart it strucks there

    But shutdown is working
    If I do restart I have to pull battery back
    And if I do that I works fine
