Can't download the Google Play services apk on BlackBerry Z10?

So, I've been trying to download Snapchat on my blackberry for a while now. And I downloaded all the essential apk files except for Google Play Services. Everytime, I attempt to download it, I download Google Settings instead.

I used Cobalt's link to download my Google Play Services.

I also used Cobalts GMaps patcher to patch Snapchat but it still wont function properly?

Sweet. If Google Play Services is installed, the app name after installation is Google settings. Nothing wrong there.

But anyway, snapchat doesn't work. Not even after patching.
