Greetings,

I can connect to my Wi-fi network with my Z10. However, when I try to connect to my Z10 from my computer, I get an error message saying "Windows cannot access \\Z10". I created a shortcut on my desktop, which is basically an UNC path: "\\Z10". Both my computer and Z10 are on the same Wi-fi network, and I can see my Z10 from my router. I haven't been able to connect since my phone was updated to software release 10.3.3.1463. The software release also crashed my phone. I've tried to enter all the settings to be the same as before, but it's possible that a setting may have changed.

I can still connect to my PlayBook, so the problem is the phone (not my laptop). I'm not sure where to start. Any ideas?

Now that Link isn't working, it is more important than ever to get this working.

I apologize, I just found everything under Settings > Storage and Access. Everything is working now.
