Hi guys,

Having a small problem with my Z10. My Z10 can't seem to connect with my home network. But when connecting to other WiFi networks, it connects with ease.

So it connects with every WiFi except for my home network. And no, nothing is wrong with my wifi because my Q10 and other devices are able to connect with my home network.

Anyone here who can help me with this strange issue?

Welcome to CrackBerry forums, I have no clue what your settings are for the router or your phone, probably a simple mistake in the setup process somewhere, do you have MAC address filtering on or something??

As far as I'm aware, the Q and Z share the same Wifi chip? So should be no difference other than software versions.

I have no clue either. I also think it's a small problem in the setup process. Strange thing is, it made connection to my wifi once but only stayed connected for a few minutes. After that it broke up.
Really frustrating.

I already tried to reboot my BlackBerry by resetting it to factory settings.

Love both my Q and Z but would like to have wifi on my Z. If that works out, ill marry them both !

When you wiped, did you restore afterwards? If so then those settings came back.

My in laws were having this issue and it was corrected after I deleted their wifi profile and then tried again.

Hope you're able to get that resolved.
