    My phone WILL NOT let me change my ringtone! It doesn't matter if I pick one of the ones they provide or add my own - it just keeps the same one; even though it lists another when you go into the notification tab. It's very frustrating and I'm not sure how to correct it. i've tried turning the phone off after making the changes thinking it might need to reset itself, but no luck! I am not very tech savvy so maybe I'm just missing something! Help!

    Very strange. Are you sure you are changing the current profile that you are using?
    Mine allowed me to change all my tones so I now have all my old ones back from the 9900. Lol
