Hello and welcome. First of all, you purchased an unlocked Z10? YOU installed a leak?
Or did it come with the leak? Which carrier are you using it on? Was it wiped after the install of the OS?

Please post a screen shot of your MMS page and MMS advanced setup page. You will get them in the Hub. Goto overflow menu (3 dots at bottom right) >settings>text messages>MMS>advanced.

To take a screen shot in case you don't know, depress both volume rockers at the same time.

Scrolling down in your screen will reveal the following sections:

cant change mms settings on z10 unlocked stl-100-1 running-img_20140115_212352.png
cant change mms settings on z10 unlocked stl-100-1 running-img_20140115_212342.png
    Edit:
If scrolling down does not show anything, we are in trouble. Nevertheless, once you have scrolled down, the fields to be populated for att like this: http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=882876

O in case you missed it in my previous post: scroll down in the screen you've posted, you will get the rest of the setings. Populate all your settings per ATT link I have posted. Hard reboot phone afterwards. Should be OK to go.
Edit: if I do not scroll down, this is what I get:

I can feel a reload of OS coming up because, as I said, if you can't see all the fields, we are in trouble. I haven't seen a single thread in the forums that gets resolved if the fields aren't available to be populated. I may have bad news: you may have to reload. Don't faint please: its real quick and easy and for the most foolproof.

Wtf!! I just realized i have the same problem as OP!! The mms advanced settings dont show up! I tried to send an mms and the bar fills up but after says ' general problem'. I assume is because im using h2o, aka att mvno and apn/mmsc/url needs to be changed. Which i was able to do in .1050.
Now im really annoyed having to reload the os. Can people woth .1925 confirm they are able to access the mms advanced settings? Or did just installing the mms .bar file helped?
    P.s. im on stl 100-3

This article from CB will explain the steps: http://m.crackberry.com/install-leaked-os-autoloader

Now download the file that matches your phone here: http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=887047
To know what version phone you have, type myver and hit space bar.

    Unzip and run the exe*autoloader
Now connect the phone to the PC via USB
Wait for installation to complete and don't do anything. Do not unplug from PC until phone has restarted and booted up.

    IT'S NOT A PROBLEM!!!!!

It is carrier related. I shared a post somewhere else about this in the forums. I'm did a lot of research and found out this.

Z10 with Roger's Wireless SIM in = no MMSC Settings

Z10 with no SIM = MMSC Settings available.

Do the test yourself for people that cannot access the settings. Not sure if changing the settings with SIM out will "hold" the settings when the phone has the SIM reinserted.

    Hope that helps,

    Brian

Thank you for your responses, unfortunately, i had to return the device. I cannot believe that all of the other OS have the ability to do this easily and BB 10 has so many hoops to jump thru. I gave it a fair chance and the OS is great as well as the hardware however it should not be this hard to get MMS working, specially on an unlocked devices. Thank you again, its of to Android again

Wow, it seems you got rid of it too early, honestly gave up already?
I solved the same problem filling the apn/mmsc settings by restarting it without sim in it, the advanced mms menu magically appears. Then restarted with sim in it and now works perfectly.

I guess I'm not going only one with this issue using leak .537
The ability to change MMS sittings worked with every other leak but this one.

Just so we eliminate guessing answers:
    - I've reloaded the OS from different sources
    - download graded to a lower version (which had the screen to change mms settings)
    - installed with & without a security wipe several times !
    - tried with SIM from AT&T, TMO, ST, Fido(canadian) did a security wipe and fresh OS install before trying each SIM
    - called RIM support which was useless (they wanted $45 just to give me a ticket # before I speak to a tech)

I might be missing one or two more thing I tried

Using SLT100-3 bought directly from RIM (unlocked unbranded)

Can you help me with this? I have an unlocked Z10 stl 100-3 10.2.1.537
I signed up with Solavei. I get the MMSC settings page and I can populate them. I just don't know what to put in there. Solavei uses TMO network.
Any help is appreciated. I'm so close to going back to ATT if this doesn't work. I need my Z10. I don't want to go Android or back to ATT.
There was an attachment in an above post, but it seems invalid when I click on it.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I seem to not be able to access any MMS settings past the first screen that the OP has, even after taking out the SIM Card.
May be doing a complete factory data reset will solve this?

Working like Brian4591 said. Remove your sim card and the menu appear. I'm on 10.3.1.xxxx on Bell Network
