    Neither will backup. Link takes forever to just check. Sachesi will do media and settings, but not apps. Will I have to wipe and start again?

    well it doesn't make sense why you can't backup....both should work.

    EDIT: In fact I just backed up with sachesi and Link worked yesterday. Maybe a reload is on order.

    By reload you mean reinstall Link? We tried that however we can uninstall or delete the current copy.

    It could be because of apps, some people have posted that they can't backup their blackberry with link and found out it was because of some apps.

    Thanks- finally got Sachesi to go through after the third attempt last night. Link seems to be going now. Going to wipe and reload after it finishes. I did a pass with CCleaner and Cleanmaster last night- I did have two files in the downloads folder that I couldn't manually delete by phone or PC, but I could with CCleaner. Maybe that was it...
