Cann't change Display picture on BBM !!

Dear All,

I am facing this problem since one month .. did any one have an idea how to solve this issue ? also i have read that there is no way to uninstall the BBM and re-install it again in BB 10 ?

I done before like this
I all ready change my pic but my bbm friends say nothing change.
Then I realise my bbm has problem.
That is can't do anything
Last time my because off my provider
I remove pic then I restart the phone
I put the pic again and done

I have tried to remove the pic and remove the battery several times , but nothing change !!

I can change it in my device but it doesn't appear to my contacts (they are seeing my old picture)

Have you tried reloading the OS? I haven't run into this problem on my z10... I change display pictures all the time.

yes , I have tried to upgrade and downgrade the OS several time with no luck . I think there is application that is corrupting my BBM but I don't know which one.

Do you have any applications connected to BBM by any chance? I would check those apps out first.

Yeah, I think that's what he means... I would just wipe and reload the OS and don't restore and see if that fixes it.
