Hi all,
So yesterday I installed the latest leak and when I was finished I restored my device from the backup file I had made.
Now, all of my accounts are working and I was able to retrieve all information, except for BBM. When I try to restore BBM it says that I am signed in with my correct Blackberry ID but then when I select restore using email, it says that My account is invalid. It also gives you the option to select your pin instead of an email account and when I try that I get "temporary server error".
Someone please help me get my account working again!

BBM usually restores when you enter the same bbid since bbm is tied to your bbid. It is not part of any backup.

I haven't changed my BB id so i don't know what's going on. Thanks for your help!

I'm having the same problem.. this thread came up when I searched for a solution. Anyone else figure out what's going on?

Hey try a hard reset by holding the volume up and down buttons until you see the blue loading icon.

So did you do a wipe before or after the autoloader.

I fixed mine, and it was simply because my BB ID wasn't logged into my BB Link software.

interesting... I did a device wipe before I used my autoloader and I think that's where I'm running into problems. I've tried doing a security wipe and I still can't restore BBM

Reload the software and don't do a wipe.
