So.... this happened to my friends Z10. The error code above came on, and the phone went Brick. The LED started to flash in a 1-4 ratio.

He has a MAC, so he asked me to help him out. It's a Rogers STL100-3. I googled the issue and found some fixes.

Cannot Repair Z10 due to error: BDSLSV2RequestURL - BlackBerry Support Community Forums

    and

Bricked Z10 LE 1-4 LED pattern - BlackBerry Support Community Forums

The fixes in the 2 above links have worked for others. Sadly not for me. I tried different autoloaders. 10.1 and 10.2.
I tried with the battery in and out.
    Battery door on and off.
    Different computers.
    Different USB cords.

    Nothing worked.

Finally I inserted the Battery, put the cover on, and held ALL 4 BUTTONS down for a minute.
The LED went off, and she booted up like nothing ever happened.

    Hope this helps

** EDIT - The phone would not connect to the PC, which is why the autoloader fix did not work for me. Today I was just informed, that if you hold the power button down, while connecting the BRICKED Z10 to the PC, the computer should connect to the phone. I never had a chance to try this. I'm not sure if this works with the battery in or out. The autoloader fix in the links above, calls for the battery to be removed. So I'm guessing one should try it with the Battery removed.

Hi, I'm getting the exact error when I tried reloading the OS through Blackberry Link. Do you have any suggestions on how to do it on a Mac?
