    Because that's what I'm about to do - send a hot round of. 45 through it if my BBM Groups don't reappear. I had six groups and now they're all gone completely. I've rebooted and pulled the battery. Any other suggestions? I'm running Verizon so it's obviously the old 10.0 operating system.

    Shoot it! No, try reconnecting to BlackBerry ID. Try holding down the power button all the way through the reboot process... Maybe try to update?

    I've updated my OS to two different 10.1 releases and haven't had this issue. So IDK man

    P.S. I'm on Verizon too. You are able to update to 10.1, and it's super easy. As simple as plugging your phone into your pc and click on an app. Boom.
