    That's right. My Z10 somehow never got the upgrade of 10.3. I've had this phone since 2014. I got the Z30 in 2016 and it came with the 10.3 pre installed.
    Under T-Mobile I know they had the fall out with BlackBerry where they publicly announced the severance of their relationship. But jeez! It still never got the update neither from the Link or OTA. Even from the website it would say I have the latest software. Sei la vi I suppose..

    Surprisingly the 10.2 OS works fluid enough. Can handle everything but the browser is yeah, not very strong. I notice the fluidity is while I would say sluggish or slow, let's call it smooth and takes its time. Lol

    Take a few minutes and upgrade to the latest yourself.

    Download to PC, unzip it, plug in device, and run the autoloader.

    Your device will be wiped in the process.

    Yep. At least it's 10.2.1.

    Even AT&T kept up through 10.3.3.3204.

    Use the autoloader in Conite's post if you want the latest. There's been a few security fixes that you're way behind on since March of 2014 (when 10.2.1.2228 came out).
