    Yes, if your carrier has an update available.

    Settings > Software Updates > Check for Updates. If there's an update, great. If not, wait.

    If it's small enough, then you can use mobile network. However, large updates require WiFi.

    Or, you can plug your phone into a computer with Internet access and BlackBerry Link installed and check for updates there.

    There's a restriction placed on it whenever you download it based on size. If it goes over X, it won't let you download it via mobile
