I have a none contract phone unlocked will the update will be available for doing on my own or maybe the community here will publish the latest OS when it will be ready?

With BlackBerry's update schedule, official releases intended for global distribution have been leaked prior to being released (10.1.0.1720 and 10.1.0.4633). And if I remember correctly, the lucky few with Z30s over in the Middle East and the UK have 10.2.0.1521 installed, which we have already.

Nope, the latest is 10.2.0.1743

stupid me ... just noticed that there is a forum for "BB10 Leaked/Beta OS" and it says that the latest is 10.2.0.1761

but it says in that post that there is a lot of issues in that version so i guess that 10.2.0.1743 is the better one ?

Think back to 10.1. The Q10 launched with 10.1 and 10.1.0.1483, while 10.1 for the Z10 was 10.1.0.1720 two weeks later. My guess is that while Z30s may have 10.2.0.1521 now, the actual release would be something later than that.

BlackBerry 10.2 will be rolling out to in-market devices in late October, after the launch of the Z30. There are a lot of other small tweaks that I'll be sure to highlight in my Z30 review later this week. For those who want to stay up-to-date, be sure to follow Michael's BBM Channel.
