    I've been having this problem where I can receive BBM msg from any BBM contacts, but I'm not able to send msg to droid/ios BBM users! I can still send and receive msg from people who have a BlackBerry. Just wondering if anyone has the same problem or if anyone knows how to fix it? Any help would be great! Thanks.

    Make sure you are not running the beta BBM (with Channel support) if you do, downgrade it

    I had the same problem with the release version of BBM. It's installing the channels beta that actually fixed it.

    I've read the rebooting your phone solves the problem. Wouldn't hurt

    I haven't had any issue messaging my dad from my z10 to his iPhone. Sent him a couple songs over it with no problems

    I have same problem. For first iphone user it was good, but after that when I added Android user it stopped working. Please help me to solve this issue.

    It takes a while to filly register on the non BlackBerry devices so I've experienced.

    hey guys,

    first post here,
    i have a Z10, everything working fine till yesterday where BBM all the sudden failed to send IM to ONLY BBM Android and iOS users, sending IM gives the falied (x) mark, while sending to BlackBerry users works just fine.
    been searching all over the web with no luck.
    i tried downgrading BB software, upgrade again and no luck (reset to factory as well).
    also friends of mine with BlackBerry Z10 are having no issues, its pretty odd & cant figure it out!

    appreciate any support or thoughts.

    Sadly this is an all too common problem noted in multiple forums.

    It is a BlackBerry problem and BlackBerry needs to fix it!
