I have followed to a "T" instructions in how to set a ringtone to a particular contact....Go to contact>select contact>edit>click on "Ring Tone and Notifications>Select a Phone Ring Tone>Back>Save. But when that Contact calls me a Ring Tone that it is played is the General one.
This has been the only issue that I have encountered since I bought a few days ago my new Blackberry Z10.

Please type myver and let the BlackBerry insert your device type and os.
Did you have the contact image at your screen? Maybe you need to set the country code on your OS version.

( 1) Any text box and it will appear where your spacebar is.

Did you see the picture, when the call came in?
I mean the country code in the contacts phone number
I.e. +1 555 1234

No, I did not see a picture when it came in. I edited that particular contact and added a 1 to her cell phone. I do not know why I need a country code before e phone number. I also typed "myver" on a text box but what i am getting are different sites from Verizon. I am with ATT. I know that I am following instructions on how to do the ringtone or picture issues for some contacts of my choice but without any success. Any other ideas? Many Thanks.

Hi, I have just bought the Z10 and used your instructions on how to do it. It works but when you have selected the ringtone, don't press >back> as it will not do it, just click save!!
Hope that helps!!
