    Hi Guys,

    My step dad has come back from Dubai and updated his Z10 in the UK and now cannot call people back in Dubai (UAE). Any suggestions?

    Could it be that he updated his Z10 in the UK?

    Probably need to call the carrier and have them reprovision the service from their end or assist.
