    Yes.

    The PlayBook charger is the equivalent of the Z10 rapid charger.

    Yes you can. I've been using my pb charger all the time since I got my z10. You'll actually notice that it will charge really quickly due to the higher amps of the charger. Some people say you'll damage the life of the battery, but it's the device itself that pulls the charge from the outlet, so there won't be too much power going to the battery.

    usb voltages are standardized. 5V DC, 500-900mA for general applications, and 5A for charging purposes. Any charger under 5A would be more than ample for any USB charging device.
