I am strongly considering buying an at&t blackberry z10 off craigslist, but I will need to use to phone in other countries during the summer and so i was wondering if I could get it unlocked, maybe on this website? I am not an AT&T customer so I cant call them and ask for an unlock code, thus I will need a 3rd party method.

First off be aware, currently in the US it is illegal to unlock a cell phone (that is what the law says) so AT&T is not going to help you. Second, not all countries use the same frequencies for LTE, so depending on the carrier the phone was built for depends on whether it will work where you are going.

The short version: yes, you can. You will need to pay a 3rd party unlocking service to do it though.
