    I just bought the BlackBerry Universal Headset HS-250. Its charged, but my Z10 only fins the older headset, the Centrios 1713174.
    Can anyone help me with this? Thanks

    Silly question but did you change your bluetooth settings to either of the "discoverable" options for your first pairing with the new headset?

    The headset just arrived today, after it was fully charged, I just went to the bluetooth setting on the Z10 and hit 'refresh'. The bluetooth setting is on and so is discoverable. I don't know what else to do.

    Turned on pairing by holding button for 5 seconds - succezs!
