From two weeks i got this from my rear camera, i soft reset my BlackBerry, and the problem solved, i got this again today, is this a problem with the os ? Stl100

Must be a problem with the OS. WHich are you using?

It could be that you somehow changed the settings on the camera app.
Maybe you could re check all of the setting and see if anything has been changed.

I have the exact issue. I searched the forums about it and apparently it's an exclusive issue for the stl 1 devices. Just reboot the device for a temporary remedy. But I can't promise it will stay fixed forever.

Os ver 10.2.2102, i didn't install any new apps else snap2chat but i delete it, coz i dont use it

It keep a happening to me too! All I can do is reboot but it comes back eventually after a little while, it's only started happening recently

Ya its happened after latest update 10.2.1.2102 ,before that every thing was normal
