Using Z10 on OS 10.1 AT&T and the camera features are not working...

Camera will come up and act like it has taken a photo, however photo is never saved. device is showing 9.3GB of 16GB device storage taken up.

Flashlight app, QR scanner and barcode apps or apps related to camera not working...

any ideas?

all other apps and features appear to be working correctly...

Using Z10 on AT&T with 10.1, as well. I had the same issue for two days, as well as issues with Link. After disconnecting from Wifi, then reconnecting after several minutes, all of my pics and music reappeared within their respective galleries, and pictures taken with the camera began to show up again when being taken, after previously not doing so.

BBLink??? was in mall 20 miles from link computer and still having problem... will kill link now and check tomorrow...

You also may want to check and see if the pictures you are taking are showing up on your device or SD card. I discovered that while the issue was taking place, although the pics I was taking were not showing up in my picture gallery, they were showing up on my SD card.

here is what happened... camera was not working still after dropping the BBLink and restoring the Z10 to factory setting... At my retailer I removed my SD card which was a SanDisk 8GB micro... the photos were not saved there and it appeared that they were going to never, never land. once I removed that SD card and rebooted the phone... :-( So it works now just because I removed the old SD micro...

Let a day go past and now I've inserted a SanDisk 32GB High Performance micro SD and it appears to be operating much faster and correctly now.

I am thinking the old SD card was obsolete for this new BlackBerry application and was hanging me up in a huge way... I will update this thread once I have the Z10 working for about a full week.

Sure! No problem! I'm glad you were able to get everything working again. I may try the same thing as yourself just to see if I can get better performance, as well. I've had my SD card forever, so it may be time for a change. Definitely let me know how it's working out after the full week of usage.
