    When I open the camera I get this error 'camera can't be started'. After restarting the error gets fixed. But it comes back after few days. How to fix it completely.

    What I have heard, you need to take the battery out of the phone for about ten to fifteen minutes. After reboot it should all be well.

    I thought that was just a 10.3 error. Happens after a few days, says not enough memory to launch it.

    If u running android apps then get use to it....i had this issue befor and after unistaling android apps it doesnt happen anymore...

    Yes, generally some phones will have that error, especially if you use an Android app that also can use the camera.
