I have purchased 6 call recorder apps so far and cannot get sound on playback on any of them. I have run the update software on the phone and it is still sitting at 10.1.0.2019. One app owner said I do not have the latest version, which I don't understand if I am running the update through the phone before uploading an app. The last three apps I tried were Call Recorder, Phone Tap, and Voice & Call Recorder. Support from all of these app owners has been completely useless or non existent. If anyone can help, I would absolutely appreciate it as I need some type of app that actually works to record interviews. Thanks!

They all require the speakerphone to be on and volume turned up. Even then, the playback volume can be low. Absolutely terrible but it's all we have.

I had the speaker on and the volume all the way up, but nothing was recorded. Same thing happened on every app I bought. No sound whatsoever on any call.
