I am not able to call anyone several times nor any sms. When someone calls me, my phone shows as powered off. When I tried to call, the screen shows message( attached screen shot ). And when I restart phone, the issue gone but just after 4 to 5 hours, again the issue. Please help ASAP. I am very disappointed because maybe someone calls me, and he thinks that my number is off but I my mobile is on and sim card is correctly inserted in the phone.

Are you sure it's not a carrier related issue? Sounds like your phone is losing communication with the cell tower. First thing you can do is to take out the SIM card, clean carefully the contacts, reinsert it and try again.

If you're absolutely sure about that, then backup your data and restore the OS using BlackBerry Link or Autoloader.

This is the only thing you can do. But check the SIM card first, just in case. Reloading the OS is a hassle. Try the phone connection before restoring your backup. Actually, I don't recommend restoring anything from your old system. It's going to take more time to set the system, but you will know no bugs are inherited from your old system backup.

Mine does the same thing when I try to switch calls sometimes or when I hang up on one and try to dial the previous call. I have to restart my phone.

I was asking for a screen shot of ur os details in which I would be able to see ur radio version, anyway since u didnt provide me with one...just let me know that if u have ever used an autoloader to change ur radio version if not...then the best option is:-

    1. Back up your data,

    2. Connect ur device to blackberry link, and then go to preferences and click on reload os...it will reboot ur os...green led light will come on, on ur device and link will start to download ur os, u can disconnect ur device and use it in the meantime if u have a slow internet connection...now leave ur pc or laptop till it downloads the os.

    3. Once it downloads the os...it will show an error as u had disconnected ur device...and will ask for a retry...before you retry use SIC multiwipe and clean wipe ur device...once u have done that...just click retry in link.

    4. Now link will reload the os for u...and ur phone will be brand new.

    5. After it loads the os back again...just restore ur phone after your first launch set up is over on ur device.

    Cheers!!!

Note***: once u do the multiwipe, ur device will start blinking red led numerous times dont worry, as ur phone is just asking u for an os.

Just reload the OS or download autoloader for your mobile as your radio file is corrupted

I think you might want to edit your screenshots. They probably show too much detail about your phone including number and other private data.

    Got it! Thanks bud

OP, this definitely seems more a carrier related issue than OS. I suggest a call to them, before all this wipe nonsense. Every time you reboot, you're reconnecting with the network, and for some reason the connection is being dropped. Could even be a tower related problem.
