Hi guys really hoping someone can help....i seem to be the only bloke on this planet who gets a call when I'm on a call so my question is how do I reject that call and take the one calling in a easy simple way please coz I'm always doing it wrong and leaving the other person connected. That's guys as ever

I just activate call waiting,
Then the new caller can just wait or ring off.

Sorry guys this is not making sense and maybe I'm wrong..but

When I'm on a call and another call comes through it doesn't give me a option to touch any thumb nail or picture. A small box comes up with the details of the new caller with only option to answer or dismiss so still need help
