... the Developer is trustworthy - simply because they had also a bad experience...

Have You created anything that I can People point too? This is my first BlackBerry Device. So, if you did something for the older Devices, no wonder I don't know your works....
I have a couple bbry Vendor accounts I release under (some are shared team accounts) but this one's all my personal releases:

    appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/vendor/18376

I'm also on Google Play to a lesser extent.

I'm not to worried about trust, most users would download it from anyone - lol! I wouldn't call this a million dollar app by a long shot but it would be profitable.

I have the "core" ready. But for it to work I need two things from RIM:

1 - Ability to launch the app in the background automatically when a phone call is recieved (headless all support).

2 - Deeper access to the phone API. So I can see the number, stop the ringing, record the clients voice, play audio over the phone, and to place a call.

Once we have it - I'll add the events to the core .

My worry is they are committed to providing point 1 above. Not to point 2.

An additional feature that would be nice would be the ability to forward calls incoming from one unwanted number to another unwanted number, and vice versa.

Call blocking should be on any phone. I had ours put in a national do not call list and yesterday was the first time I got an unwanted call in over a month.

I'm using a silent ringtone for junk numbers until a proper call blocker comes out. I made the silent 30 second file and saved it as a ringtone. Saved the telemarketer's phone number in my contacts as "Ignore-1" in my and assigned them the silent ringer. Other junk callers get assigned as "Ignore-2", -3 and so on. It works for now.

That's pretty helpful. I'm going to try it. I noticed that you can assign the default ringer as "off". Does that work the same as a silent ringer?

We expect one to be pre-installed on the Z160
