Does anyone know of a useful call blocker for BB10?

There are 2 main challenges to this on BB10 right now:

1. Call blockers generally should run all the time and auto-start at boot time. BlackBerry 10 OS did not support that functionality until version 10.2, the first shipping version of which just became available a few days ago with the Z30 model. Because of that and the certification process for background apps, it will be a while before "headless apps" start to appear in significant numbers.
2. Some of the notification APIs from the legacy BBOS are missing in BB10.

You can "emulate" a call blocker by using a 3rd-party notification app to, for example, assign a ringtone of "none" to categories of callers you do not want to hear from.

Technically that is not "blocking" a call, but it would not ring and bother you.

If you really want to block a contact from calling you, you could contact the network operator (it works for me on orange romnia: it's free and it takes ~30 seconds to set).
And also, if you swipe down from top in the phone app you have call blocking options, but these are very limited as you can see in the attached screenshot (no individual number block).
