    Hello,

    I was the happy owner of the new Z10, but I have a little problem. When Call and I use the Speaker option, the sound is not clear. It sounds like an old damaged speaker. I have the STL-000-1 version. Anyone meet this problem, too? Is it a hardware problem, or maybe software update will able to solve it?
    In the rest everything is fine. It is a superphone :-)

    Sounds like hardware to me. Contact your carrier about a repair or replacement!
