I don't have any of those issues. Never had a reboot, battery lasts all day with good amount of use. Mine is far from being crap and many others.

I understand why your mad but my Z10 is fine. Don't pay mind to the useless comments. I had battery issues but I fixed them myself with a backup,wipe,then restore. I hate touchscreens but I love BlackBerry. It's just something I have to suffer with being a dedicated BlackBerry fan. This thread is kinda useless too. If you're not even gonna attempt to call Verizon (for a 3rd as you claim) then I guess you'll have to settle with a iPhone. Good luck OP.

I have friends who have iPhones and their phones overheat and eat a lot of data, or crash, reboot ect.

My point is, when you deal with software, you will inevitably have issues. Just depends on what your willing to tolerate.

While iOS is a solid OS, and it should be since it is pushing past 6 years, BB10 is only months old and the probability of these issues still being around in 1-2 years is VERY slim.

Take a look in this forum for iphone issue links. All the issues you've complained about, and more, can be found in the Apple camp. All phones have issues, both hw and software.

Like so many others - I'm giving up on my verizon z10 as well. Ill still be coming on the forums and checking what blackberry is up to on a regular. But - I'm extremely disappointed and the phone is a far cry from what it should be.
