These post where people claim the Z10 is crap or it sucks and they giving it up for another is all too funny. I researched the Z10 before I bought it and I knew there were some issues that I had to deal with. I searched this forum which offered some valuable tips, I employed them and guess what? A much better working Z10. Instead of talking, start a stepping! Geez!

Happened to both I had. The odds are ever not in my favor.

Funny you say that. I couldn't agree with you anymore. Been a long term and very disappointed blackberry fan now, thinking about switching to the q10 but that might be a disaster too.

Your carrier sucks. If you did any searches here you would have seen that they aren't even on 10.0.10.x yet. No excuse. They were the last to get the phone and all their taking their sweet time testing they couldn't get the release build choice right.

Screw Verizon. They are giving BlackBerry a bad name here in the states.

And pricing the Q10 similar to the S4 and HTC for a company that's relying on these new devices and Os for survival is really the best decision right? Especially when people are leaving this brand for those brands. Well played blackberry.

Like so many others - I'm giving up on my verizon z10 as well. Ill still be coming on the forums and checking what blackberry is up to on a regular. But - I'm extremely disappointed and the phone is a far cry from what it should be.

Bummer.
