Do you have your contacts synced on your desktop aswell? If so you can use blackberry link to import the contacts from there. Or even import. Csv files

if you use iCloud Sync on your iPhone, than the best option could be to integrate it on the Z10 and you have not only all your contacts transfered but in SYNC - works very fine for my family and me...

Most the carriers are set up to copy your contacts from your old SIM card and move them onto you new. This is a very poor way to move contacts with multiple numbers not to mention calendar info.

I know I will get blasted but this was a MAJOR FAILURE of Blackberry to not provide a migration tools from popular devices like iPhone, etc. What the heck Blackberry, did you not think that was important? No Excuse!

I went from an iPhone 5 to a Z10 and the sales guy at the AT&T store just hooked them both up to the machine and transferred my contacts for me. No problems and everyone copied over.

If you Google Contacts setup on your iphone it would automatically sync with your Z10. That's what I did. I read icloud email will alps work. Never tired it though.

I believe that I did it via outlook. I synced iTunes contacts with outlook, then bb link with outlook. It got most of the important stuff over with little fuss, but some contacts only showed a first name or part of a name. This was probably my fault as I don't always worry about what data goes in what block in my contacts( if I only have a business name, it often goes in "Last Name" block ect
